en anglais Accueil café dès 8H30 De 9H00 à 9H40 CRC-HEGP : Study case «Detection of autoantibodies in plasma using Luminex technology » Different autoantibodies may target complement proteins in different kind of diseases with involvment of kidney dysfunction (C3 glomerulopathies, atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome, lupus nephritis, Anti-phospholipid syndrome …) and in some cancer, with single or multiple specificity(ies). Using the luminex technology, we have developed a multiplex approach allowing simultaneous detection of autoantibodies directed against C3, factor B, Factor H (non modified and reduced), C4bp and C3bBb (C3 nephritic factor), of different isotypes, as part of the extensive exploration of the complement system called « humoral complementomics ». Examples of study perfomed in renal cancer and autoimmune diseases will be presented.
