Programme

8h30 | Accueil café-viennoiseries

9h00-9h35 | BIOSKRYB GENOMICS | A Revolution in Single Cell Genomics: ResolveDNA® and ResolveOME™

BioSkryb Genomics is driving innovation in single-cell molecular discovery. With our whole-genome and whole-transcriptome amplification tools, researchers can achieve a complete view of the genome and transcriptome within a single cell shedding light on the mechanisms behind complex diseases. ResolveDNA® leverages Primary Template-directed Amplification (PTA) technology to deliver high-precision whole-genome analysis from single cells or low-input DNA. This approach minimizes bias and artifacts, offering unprecedented coverage and resolution. ResolveOME™ takes this further, integrating genome and transcriptome analysis from the same cell in a unified workflow. Combined with the BaseJumper platform for scalable bioinformatics, it enables powerful multiomic exploration accelerating insights into disease drivers and advancing clinical research.

9h35-10h10 | ILLUMINA | Introduction to Illumina StrataMap™ Spatial Transcriptomics

Spatial biology should not require compromises between resolution, sensitivity, tissue coverage, and workflow complexity. The Illumina StrataMap™ Spatial Transcriptome solution combines unbiased whole-transcriptome profiling with true single-cell resolution and a large capture area, enabling researchers to explore tissue heterogeneity at scale. StrataMap removes key barriers to spatial transcriptomics through a streamlined workflow that requires no dedicated imaging instrument. By preserving gene expression within its native tissue context, the solution provides a detailed view of cellular organization, rare cell populations, cell-to-cell interactions, and tissue architecture. This presentation will introduce the principles of StrataMap technology and demonstrate how its combination of resolution, sensitivity, scalability, and ease of implementation enables deeper biological insights across large and complex tissue samples.

10h10-10h40 | Pause café

10h40-11h15 | ZEISS | High-Content mIF Imaging of tumor micro environment using Axioscan Spatial Biology

The ZEISS Axioscan 7 Spatial Biology workflow is designed to make high‑plex tissue imaging accessible, reliable, and scalable for both academic and pharmaceutical research environments. From slide preparation to IA image analysis, the workflow streamlines each step so you can focus on answering biological questions rather than managing technical complexity. Each step of the workflow forms a cohesive, end‑to‑end solution: simplified labeling, a trusted imaging platform with high performances, and AI‑powered analysis. With ZEISS Axioscan 7 Spatial Biology, you gain a future‑ready solution that supports reproducible, quantitative spatial profiling and helps translate complex tissue biology into actionable discoveries.

11h15-11h50 | PARSE BIOSCIENCES | Introducing Evercode: the scalable single cell sequencing from Parse Biosciences
